Ulrika Ylioja’s illustrations are pictoresque, bold and blooming. They possess unfinished spontaneity, yet every detail has been carefully thought out. She enjoys working with pointed pen, ink, brushes, water color and pencils. Her strong graphical stroke and vivid colour scheme works well for both online and offline. Being Helsinki based, her illustrations have appeared in Nordic magazines, newspapers, books, business visuals and online projects.
